Tonight, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday the Indians will take on the Boston Red Sox in a huge 4-game series, a possible preview of the American League Division Series.  The Indians come into this game with a season record of 68-54, with best record in the American League Central Division by 5 games over the Minnesota Twins and don't look to fall out of the lead. The Highlight of the Indians Lineup has been Jay Bruce, since he has come over from the Mets which was August 10th, he has hit .375 with 3 home runs with a lot of good offensive power and tonight he makes his Home Debut against Boston as the Indians look to Improve their record to 69-54.

But on the other hand, the Red Sox 71-52 have been the best team in Major League Baseball since the trade deadline, look to Improve their impressive run going. Things have gone well without the heart and soul of the franchise, Dustin Pedroia. Pedroia who is currently battling knee issues, is expected to be sidelined for at least another week. Players who have completely stepped up are 20-year-old rookie Rafael Devers, and newly acquired at the Trade Deadline from the San Francisco Giants Eduardo Nunez, so it will be hard for the Red Sox to give Pedroia a spot in the every day lineup because their offense and defensive abilities. Nunez was a player on the Yankees in 2012 who had a hard time fielding the ball, has improved so much over his career, now a huge impact on Bostons roster since the Trade Deadline.

but last season in the Postseason showed why the Indians were better than the Red Sox, sweeping them 3-0 in the American League Division Series a year ago. Its a whole different story this year, Red Sox traded for star pitcher Chris Sale, could be the difference why this possible ALDS matchup could be a difference.

Each team comes in with different plans and we will see how this week unfolds.
