Unfortunately last night, Andrew Miller began right where he left off toward the end of year last season, the Disabled list. Miller Exited Wednesday’s 4-1 victory over the Cubs with just 2 pitches into his outing and has a Strained Left Hamstring. So far this season, Miller hasn’t allowed an Earned run in 11 Relief appearances and has 17 Strikeouts through 10 innings pitched this season. And the Indians have Called up Jeff Beliveau from Columbus.

Beliveau, 31, signed a minors contract with the tribe during the offseason and will be recalled during the recovery of Andrew Miller. Beliveau has played 5 season in the big leagues for the Cubs, Rays and Blue Jays and he began the season in Columbus.

Miller hopes for a fast recovery and we hope that he can pitch shortly after 10 days.
